Went in Cindy was so helpful and kind she even gave our son a squishy shark. Wonderful customer service very informative and helpful when it came to picking a plan to fit our payment option. Unfortunately not next day installation but went in on a Friday will have service by Tuesday morning. That's not that bad. Will add to once we get service about how well or bad it works so far this customer service is far above the rest

First, I would like to say that Cindy is the best. It has been a very rough year, financially for me and she has worked with me and has been so kind.

The fiber optic is a world better than the previous internet provider I had. Being in the country, there are not a lot of options, but this is the best service I have had yet. It does drop periodically but usually for only a few minutes. It has been pretty reliable.

So tired of service going in and out!! Switched from the cheapest to most expensive plan to only get outages at least once a week. I’ve called multiple time to speak to someone who is rude and very ill informed. Every time it’s “well we will send someone out sometime today”. I’m done paying almost $200 for a service that works part time!! They won’t discount your bill for when their internet is out either!! Very poor customer service!! If your going to be in the internet business you need to keep up with the competition. That starts with customer service and an actual service that works and doesn’t just turn off for no reason. My neighbor has same internet but the lover package with the different modem and doesn’t have any problems. My word of advice don’t pay for the expensive halftime internet when you can pay the cheaper price and have internet all the time!! Also call and file a report every time it goes off even if it come back on.

I’ve had SPTC several years. I have really great internet and WIFI. Phone service is perfect. Neighbors always fuss about Suddenlink while SPTC works perfectly. My previous problems with Suddenlink being down all the time and wifi reaching the back part of the house. SOLVED with serviceman from SPTC. Also, Cindy in customer service - the BEST! Thanks SPTC - Judy

I must give a huge shoutout to this company. Starting from Cindy Perez who got us going and everyone that took care of us thereafter. I can always get ahold of someone who actually cares and wants to solve the problem. Our internet speeds are phenomenal. It’s been so long since we’ve had decent internet (haggling, begging, pleading with the other company to fix it did no good). South Plains internet is the best we’ve ever had. It’s reliable, high speed internet with reciprocal download and upload speeds. There is no throttling and no lag and it also doesn’t cut out. I’m am wowed by this company’s product and by their customer service. Great job y’all!

Absolutely wonderful customer service reps take care of everything swiftly and the techs are always very kind and informative. They answer any questions I have and send repair techs when there is an issue in 24-48 hrs which is amazing since i live outside the city.
