They "forgot" to electronically file my income tax and all I got was SORRY. They will rip you off. If I could give them minus stars I would. To be somewhat fair this did happen several years ago. The bad thing was they did the same thing to a neighbor about the same time. Wanted to file a complaint with the BBB and IRS but after checking it found it would not have done me any good.

These people are totally worthless and don't even waste your time speaking with them because you will only get more frustrated. Tried to have my taxes done by them because I am a regular client of theirs. They would not give me the time of day. I guess I am no longer good enough for them and the owner of the company is a "in love with himself egomaniac." Don't even bother with them because they are not worth it.

Used these folks for tax prep last year; their 25-years of experience wasn’t evident as even routine items were either over-looked, missed or disregarded. I should have known better than to attempt using again, but called to make an appointment to drop off tax materials - only to hear they’re not seeing anymore clients - *booked/all spots taken
*no waiting list (in event of cxls)
*apparently no consideration for being a previous client (oddly I was asked if they serviced any of my financial accounts; which begs the question; if I did, would I be seen) *Never got an answer to that question as I was hung up on.
This company is proof Bob Dylan was right - times they are indeed a-changing; definitely not getting better.

It's sad when you have been a customer for so many years, that when you call to schedule to have you taxes done a month in advance they have no appointments available. You think that they would consider their making appointments for returning customers before filling up their schedule with new ones.
