I just got done talking to both a rep and a supervisor, when I called the customer service number. Both let me know that a customer would not be able to change their due date more than 2 times, if we do business with them for a car loan. I did not think this was right. Life happens, people change jobs, etc, and may get paid at a different date and in order to avoid penalty late charges, we as customers are willing to call and try to make arrangements.

I changed positions recently and I now get paid once a month and I wanted to see if they would change my date to have the funds withdrawn and of course I was told about this 2 time change rule.

I relayed my concern and later that day, I was thankfully called by someone who could work with my new payment schedule and they came up with a perfect solution.

So all that to say, thank you for understanding and working together to find a solution that worked well for both your company and me as the customer. I really appreciate it.

Awesome company!! I got approved by this company years ago! Very friendly staff! Easy payments option and when you're in a struggle they will help you with your account so you don't get behind! I hate the company's where when you call you can never get anyone on the phone it's always a bot. But with skopos it's as easy as 1,2,3. Never have I waited more than a few mins before talking to someone. I hope to use them in the near future for my next car buying experience which will be soon! Never have I been more pleased with a company as much as I am with skopos!

I've been with them for almost two years and have never had a bad customer service experience. Any issues I have had have always been handled quickly and courteously. When I bought my car, the other potential lenders had wild fees and just weren't worth the hassle they required. Skopos was so easy to work with!

If I could give negative 0 I would. Customer service trash, they are liars who take advantage of people in financial crisis. I paid off a vehicle 2 months ago still haven’t received overpayment. They redid the terms of my loan without my permission and interest was ridiculous.

I hit some financial troubles years back. This company straight up lied to me about being able to repossess and settle the loan. Fast forward years later I’m still legally responsible while they still continue to lie to me and say they will settle with me. Because they keep lying to me my loan has just been increasing in interest every single month. Praying on the young and financially illiterate is pretty standard in the car business. But this company next level scummy. Buy here pay here lots are more trustworthy. If you ever have to deal with these people I recommend an attorney to keep them honest.

I highly recommend that no auto dealer connect their customers with this company. After paying off my auto loan, they continued my auto draft without my permission (I gave written notice via their website) and I have been waiting 15 days for a refund. Every representative I spoke with has given me a different answer, and I have provided multiple pieces of documentation to prove that the money was taken from my account. They have told me twice now that the refund was released and should be in my account in 48-72 business hours. The most recent time was last Wednesday (a week ago - with no banking holidays). Do not subject your customers to this fraudulent behavior!

I have been dealing with Skopos Financial for the past five years. I’m not impressed with them at all I appreciate them approving my loan allowing me to get reliable car but their customer service is pathetic and very unprofessional They kick you when you’re down and are constantly reminding you of inconvenient past situations in a rude tone.
