It was good and the hot water was working on the front loader machine. Excellent dryers too, look like new. But on a Thursday at 6PM there's lots of Mexican men in the front loitering and drinking cervezas, this needs to stop. Maybe they are good for the business next door with all the tall boys they buy and drink.

Supposed to open at 9:00am it is 9:10 and no one has came and opened the Laundromat. Very inconveniencing when ppl have other things to do. Can someone come open up this Laundromat it's extremely to cold to have ppl outside waiting this will be my first and last visit here

One of Plano's best kept secrets. It looks kind of sketchy because of the area but you will be amazed once you go inside! The inside is kept immaculately and the prices are very cheap too. For a wash on regular sized laundry is 1.25, larger washers are 2.25 and the largest washer is 3.50. To dry it is a quarter for 9 minutes, 50 cents for 18 minutes and so forth and so on. What I love the most is that they have top load washers which are excellent for us who are old fashioned. 🙂 Jorge, the laundry attendant is very nice and keeps the place super clean.

The only downside is that if you are a female, the men are very flirtatious. Hispanic culture is very open when they see an attractive woman so don't be surprised if the men stare.

Only 2 of the 8 large driers are working, and only 4 of the broken ones are taped over. The other 4 just take your money. Lost an hour just moving my 4 loads through all 8 of the broken driers.

No one in there speaks English. They advertise for .50 and .75 cent washes on the window and it costs $1.50 - $3.50! It is VERY hot in here. I was sweating bullets. I absolutely will not ever be back again.

Very unprofessional I've been waiting outside in 18 degree water for someone to come open this place at 9am it is now 9:30 someone needs to come open this door this is very inappropriate and I will be reporting this to the BBB this very unprofessional

First the soap machine took my money and didn't give me any soap. Then the washing machine took my money and didn't give me any wash. No "out of service" sign on either. She did offer to bring me a refund but don't feel like waiting around for an hour to get my $2 back.

First coming to this place , the washers are good and they have in all sizes, easy and friendly despite the dryers are being too old, they do have a coin machine in case you didn't carry any coins and they also have a drink vending machine and couple classic games like PAC-Man and Mario
