I received a check in the mail over 2 years ago from Mariner Finance. Yes the interest was high but I just wanted an unsecured loan to help boost my credit rating. I didn't think I was going to get the money anyway. I thought it was a scam.
Here I am over 2 years later and my loan is coming down to an end in several months.
I'm extremely happy with Mariner Finance and will be visiting the Lancaster office soon to see what we can do amount a new loan.
For me, it was a very smooth transaction and I recommend Mariner Finance
UPDATE...I just completed a consolidation loan. Overall I'm very satisfied.
My only complaint was how long it took to settle the new loan.
Other than that, my experience with Julia was great !

Katie made this experience amazing for me! It was my first time doing something like this. The payments are within reason especially cause I'm a single mom of 3 kiddos. Nice to interact with a company that listens to their customers.

Started my loan in another state at another branch, then moved out towards this store. While this location was just where I paid my loan off and asked other questions sometimes, they have staff that is at the branch and they answer the phone. They're reasonably nice and helpful though. The branch out of state (NOT THIS LOCATION IN LANC) made themselves practically unreachable over the phone. Either way, I wouldn't do business with Mariner again given the circumstances.

We were just at the office on the fruit ville pike in Lancaster pa. We got the runaround . They said they could refinance our loan pay off the one car and give us 2,000 in cash. After sitting there for over an hr . They came back and said they can't do anything but give us $500 bucks. Don't ever deal with mariner finance . They are a scam
