I had an appointment with Oneida and I expected her to work on my hair (Color & Hair extension maintenance). She told me what she can do for me, and I was happy with what she said. I asked for pricing, and thought it was expensive, but I agreed to it because I know talent cost money. But then she handed me over to Francesco who said he had a lot of experience but clearly had NONE. My brown hair was orange I literally started freaking out; Oneida came by and told him what he needed to correct it. AT this point I was very frustrated and upset. He was very rough, and I can tell he was panicking. He kept saying my hair is tough and it’s going to be impossible to get the orange out. At this point I didn’t know what to do. All I wanted to do was run out. All the other staff kept coming up to me and asking me if I was happy because even, they were very concerned with my hair color. At the end after my hair was bleached twice and toned three times, he got rid of MOST of the orange, but the hair line was left uneven. At this point I didn’t care, I just wanted to leave. My hair broke off and what’s remaining of it is very brittle and dry. I did let Oneida know and she did offer to correct it. But at this point there’s no way I am putting more products on my hair. She insisted on letting her correct it but literarily my hair is broken and stringy. I asked her for a refund, and she responded my hair was broken and already like that when I came in... which is a LIE. Oneida was very unprofessional and unkind. I paid almost $600 to ruin my hair. The fair thing to do was to at least refund me and apologize for the experience. My hair takes a long time for me to grow and it’s part of my self-esteem. Ladies speak up when something doesn’t feel right, I wish I did. Now I must live with a bird’s nest on my head.

I went to get my hair done as well as my two daughters and it was a perfect outcome. We got our highlights so perfectly done and couldn’t be happier. The staff and people doing our hair were so welcoming and listening to exactly what we wanted and gave us great hospitality. Loved our hair and this place, thank you!

I have had the most wonderful experience at OP salon with Oneide. My hair system has been amazing and I feel like a totally different person. Everyone in the salon has been helpful, kind and friendly. I love my new hair!!! I have recommended the salon to all my friends.

I am a cancer survivor. My hair never grew back full and thick like it used to be then I found salon rumors and oneide was a life changer . I got extensions for the first time and I am beyond happy ! I can wear my hair down , put it up anything I want . Her technique is like no one’s else’s . No glue , no taping. I waited 10 yrs for hair . Thank you !!!!!!!

What a great experience in this Salon. The time is so good and welcoming. I really enjoyed going there to get my mani and pedi done with Sabrina. She is a great professional, very talented and friendly. Her way is Brazilian style and I’m so happy that a found her. Definitely recommending her.
