Came in with my little sister for full sets, service was amazing!! All the staff there were friendly and accommodating, they were very quick and my set came out exactly like the inspo pic ? I just had the most amazing experience at this manicure and pedicure salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done. They know what they're doing and never disappoint. Their prices are quite affordable too. I got acrylic on my toes today and they look amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Just came last minute to do my nails while i still had my baby at my moms. Came in feeling down but left feeling AMAZING! Nothing better than a glass of wine and getting your nails done by people who actually care about the way they look! Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place for your nails!!

I love OP nails soo much!! They give great service and very friendly. I love the family hustle. I've been going to Tom for almost 2years now and I'll never cheat on him. Great prices and my nails always have great retention!

I spent a couple of hours here today, the service was not good, the lady doing my nails was very rude!!! I showed one of the ladies a nail set that i wanted, and she said ok. My nails turned out nothing like the picture, I would understand if she couldn't do it,but why not say that? If you know you cannot achieve the picture atleast say “ sorry, I don't know how to do that” and it would've been fine. She was complaining the whole time as well whenever i told her that she was missing stuff, like diamonds. Kept getting smart comments made. She also kept complaining about how tired she was and was turning customers away when they asked for full sets. She then put cuticle oil on my nails to which I then told her the diamonds were missing. She said she wouldn’t be able to put them on because there’s already oil all over my nails. Horrible shaping, filing, diamond placement etc. The diamonds started falling off immediately when I left. Overpriced as well for set that is ugly and horrendous. 105$ for them to be short as well. Not to mention the immediate complaints when I showed her the set I wanted because she said my nails were little and that they would fall off right away. I’ve never had an issue with having “little nails” and have gotten them done perfectly fine at other nail shops which actually lasted me 3+ weeks. 0/10 do not recommend this place at all, will not be returning. This was my second time here only have gotten pedicure done before that came out fine. Other than that 0/10.
