I recently decided to simplify my life and get on a path to remembering who I am, why I'm here and what gifts I have to share with the world. I've been working in Corporate America and as a self employed business owner for over 30 years. Although I had reached my business and financial goals, I was still feeling stressed, trapped and unfulfilled. At the end of 2020, I sold my home and pretty much all I own & set out on an adventure to get dialed back in to my purpose and passion. Winter Haven was the first destination to 'pick me' on my journey. I had never been to this community before and after visiting will say, what a sweet and charming community. I love yoga & discovered Inside Out Yoga straight away. What a gem! During my 3 week stay I had the opportunity to meet and share stories with some amazing instructors and fellow students. I was able to try new styles of yoga, such as Kundalini (which I loved) and participated in a Full Moon Light Ceremony that was magical. As I travel, my dream is to visit different yoga studios all over the country. I recently completed my 200 hour yoga instructor training course and I'm excited to start teaching myself. I will value and cherish this time to experience all the unique styles and methods throughout my travels as I meet other amazing people along the way.

My first class at Inside Out Yoga studio was amazing! I felt welcomed and that was super important because I am new to the community.
I also love that they have a New Student special, unlimited yoga for two weeks for $20. It is a great way to get to take all the classes and decide which ones are for you.
I like that they have special yoga sessions that are different. This Friday, I look forward to taking the Wine and Sip class. It is $25 but I have a feeling that it will be worth it! I like that there are special sessions to mix it up.

Awesome yoga studio. It's big and spacious and the facility itself is really nice. The instructor led us through a moon salutation class which was incredible. Can't wait to go back tomorrow morning! Oh, reasonably priced too. If you haven't been before, they offer a great deal for newcomers, $20 for 2 weeks unlimited group classes

Great experience as a Personal trainer. Yoga is one of the best classes You can do for your body. And my wife enjoys Katerine's class... can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our time at Inside Out Yoga. All of the instructors were great. We especially enjoyed Kim’s class. She is very calming, patient, kind and helpful. She has a very unique and fun personality. After practicing with her we felt amazing and can’t wait until we can do it again! The crystal bowls class was a super treat too! I lead monthly Baptiste Power Yoga classes at Inside Out and I have to say that this space is gorgeous, the people are wonderful and I love making the trip from Tampa to Winter Haven each month.

IO has a strong yoga community and if I lived closer, it would be my home studio without a doubt. If you're in Winter Haven, stop in and take a class by any of the instructors - you'll be glad you did.
